Helen trained as a social worker in London, qualified in 2008, then worked as a social worker for 10 years in London and Staffordshire, specialising in adult safeguarding.

Then retrained as a solicitor .

 Helen joined Smith Dawson in October 2023 as a family law solicitor.

She is  passionate about working with vulnerable people.
