Harpreet is a child care law expert.  She graduated from the University of Central England in 2004 and subsequently completed her professional studies at the College of Law in Birmingham.

Prior to joining us, she gained considerable experience working in the West Midlands in all aspects of family law, undertaking both Legal Aid and private work. She has worked in ancillary relief cases with high net assets and also represented numerous clients in ex parte (emergency) private children matters and injunctions. 

Harpreet represents clients in care proceedings as well as Public Law proceedings and has represented many clients whose children have been removed by the Local Authority. She is an accredited Children Law specialist, a member of the Law Society Children Panel and a Resolution member.

She particularly enjoys advocacy and has extensive court experience.

Harpreet is also able to communicate in Punjabi, if required.
