As a partner in the firm, Frank has overall responsibility for the management of both the criminal and family teams. He also deals with any complaints about our service or staff.
A locally born former Wolverhampton student, Frank went on to study at the College of Law at Chancery Lane in London before making his way into private practice.
He has served on the West Midlands Regional Duty Solicitor Scheme, attended Legal Aid Agency Provider Reference Groups and Magistrates' Court User Groups in the Black Country. He is also registered as a Quality Mark Supervisor and is the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). Much of his time is taken up by ensuring that we comply with the requirements of the Legal Aid Agency and Lexcel in order that we can continue to provide publicly funded work in both departments.
Frank represents clients at police stations and at Magistrates' Courts. He is a member of both the Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor Schemes.
