Criminal law

Our criminal team can provide you with:

~ advice and assistance at the police station;

~ representation in the Magistrates' and Youth Courts;

~ representation in the Crown Court by instructing the barrister best suited to your case and particular needs.

 

We have 3 criminal solicitors, all of whom are well known and respected throughout the Midlands. We attend Magistrates' and Youth Courts throughout the Midlands and Black Country, including Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Birmingham and Cannock.  We are willing to attend courts nationwide, if necessary.

 

Most of our criminal work is funded by the Legal Aid Agency which means that our expertise is usually free of charge to you. Where Legal Aid isn't available, we welcome privately paying clients and offer competitive rates for our services on a fixed fee basis where possible.

 

Our experienced team of accredited police station representatives can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on our emergency number and provide assistance free of charge, irrespective of your means, funded by the Legal Aid Agency.

 

 

Family law

Our family team can assist you with:

 

~ care proceedings;
~ child arrangement orders;

~ non molestation orders ;

~ occupation orders ;

~ general family advice

 

Our  team  can represent you before the family  courts or, if necessary, arrange for you to be represented by a specialist family law barrister best suited to the nature of your case.

 

We have two Solicitors, a Legal Executive, a Paralegal and experienced support staff in our family department, all of whom are dedicated and driven towards achieving the best possible result for you.

 

Much of our family departments work is funded by the Legal Aid Agency which means that in certain circumstances their advice and expertise is free of charge to you.  We assess your eligibility for Legal Aid or provide you with an estimate of our costs at your initial appointment.  We welcome privately paying clients and, where Legal Aid isn't available, offer competitive rates for our services. 

 

For your peace of mind, we have the benefit of Lexcel accreditation.
